Hate submitting to galleries

Man do I hate submitting to galleries and paying entree fees for group exhibitions. I wish they would come to me because it seems like the galleries hold all the cards but with out the artist what are they selling? Right now I am only getting into coffee shops and the like which I am not really complaining about but I would like to have a good show every so often. I have an opportunity at Lift Coffee Shop which is one of the better places to see interesting art work on first friday but it is not till September... ranting on and on

Deer Scare(over head)

This is the last thing I really finished since I have been out of school. It is a american version of a Japanese shishi odashi or commonly known as a deer scare. This is like the 10 version of this piece because i kept messing up the weight and the pvc kept leaking

No shows on the Horizon

I hate complaining about not getting in art shows that I apply for because it would go on forever. I think my work alienates people too much and does not give people the chance to wonder about meaning.
